THIS IS A REVIVAL. At the end of 2018, I died, twice, on the operating table and spent weeks in a coma. I've been recovering and now, with more plastic in my chest than the North Pacific Gyre, I have the bandwidth to hit the blog again! He has pundited on BBC, CNN, MSNBC, FOX, CBC and innumerable radio stations, for example appearing on Hard Ball,the O'Reilly Factor, and Wolf Blitzer.
